Job description: Junior Legal Account Manager (Legal Intern)
Main qualification: Cursing Law School (3rd year and onwards)
Internship regime: Home Office (main office location is Curitiba)
Internship hours: weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – with 1 hour for lunch (6 hours per day / 30 hours per week). 4hrs per day / 20hrs per week with alternative hours may be offered by arrangement
Salary: to be agreed
Job responsibilities
- Preparing minutes and legal agreements for client companies, under the management and monitoring of the Supervisor;
- Assisting the Supervisor in the preparation of legal instruments in accordance with the foreign legislation (mainly related to Common Law countries);
- Performing paralegal services;
- Managing and monitoring client company records and documents;
- Assisting with internal and client company compliance, interpreting and applying the respective legislation; and
- Serving and providing services directly to client companies
Qualifications
- Academic Level: Cursing Law School (3rd year and onwards);
- Language skills: English (native or bilingual);
- Other languages are an added value;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (from basic-intermediate level);
- Willingness to travel (sporadically);
- Experience in a similar position is an added value; and
- Specific knowledge of the Common Law system and legislation is an added value.

- Correct interpretation and application of legal rules and concepts in the foreign legislation;
- Management and development of teamwork and actively contributing to the success of the group;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to study and obtain the “STEP” certificate (level to be defined); and
