Job description: Legal Account Manager (Legal Professional)
Job level: Assistant / Junior
Main Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law
Work modality: Home Office (main office location is in Curitiba)
Working hours: weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – with 1 hour for lunch (40 hours per week)
Salary: to be agreed, depending on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate
Job responsibilities
- Preparing minutes and legal agreements for client companies, under the management and monitoring of supervisors;
- Assisting supervisors in the preparation of legal instruments in accordance with the foreign legislation (mainly related to Common Law countries);
- Performing paralegal services;
- Managing and monitoring client company records and documents;
- Assisting with internal and client company compliance, interpreting and applying the respective legislation; and
- Serving and providing services directly to client companies.
Qualifications
- Academic Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
- Language skills: English (native or bilingual);
- Other languages are an added value;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (from basic-intermediate level);
- Willingness to travel (occasionally); and
- Experience in a similar position is an added value; and
- Specific knowledge of the Common Law system and legislation is an added value.

- Correct interpretation and application of legal rules and concepts in the foreign legislation;
- Management and development of teamwork and actively contributing to the success of the group;
- Strong interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to study and obtain the “STEP” certificate (level to be defined).
